Yes. It's true! You can anything you want simply by giving your thoughts with. So why not choose to be Thinking thin? Now I'm not saying this is easy, but with practice and repetition it becomes easier in time. We are all creatures of habit. We want there , where we feel safe and well, that's exactly where we are. So the hardest part is always safe from this zone. You have to work on controlling your thoughts. Most People can control their thoughts and they are not even aware of that!
So, how you control your thoughts? There are several ways to do this and several Books to tell you how. Of course I can not now all for you, but my favorite is by a perfectly legitimate trick your subconscious mind by making it to your wishes, as if they were already a fact! Say it loud, with full conviction that it is so. Do this again and again as much as often. Soon it will be natural for you. Consider giving your opinion to a garden. Your positive thoughts will produce beautiful flowers and trees, while producing only negative weeds. They are the gardeners who do not prefer You?
So my secret diet is Do you think already thin, and you have the perfect metabolism! It allows you to eat what you want, whenever you want. Now to me, which is convenient! Perhaps lying on the sofa or bed in my comfortable clothes eating cookies and milk. You already have nutrition and exercise. This is very important that each human beings. They want to eat healthy foods, because you love your body. This is not a chore … Fruits, vegetables, seafood, pasta, bread, it's all good for you, if taken in moderation. I propose that we eat lots of snacks. So you are always satisfied, and keeps your metabolism running, it will not to slow down and you will not have to restart it. The more it is also used, the better it works! And then practice! I can not state enough the importance of this. Get moving much! The more the better, the key to this is … "Have fun with it!" Just do what you're doing anyway. Take a walk, to a gym, where you can swim, take special equipment, people, etc., lessons in karate, yoga and dance? The list just goes on and on. Maybe Play tennis. It's great if you have a friend who can do this with you if you do not open up to meeting more people who hold shares in these activities. Therefore, new friends.
This brings me to the last part of this great mystery. Stay happy by keeping a very good idea and with activities which they like to do. While active, you are obliged to eat less anyway, and the happy thoughts are just more of them. "This is the law of attraction." Emotions mixed with our thoughts contributes to manifest more quickly. Love is the strongest feeling of all. Have you ever noticed when someone falls in love for the first time, they immediately begin to lose weight? Faith is another strong book.
