
What is the best diet plan for someone like me?
I'm 5 m 4 1 / 2, and I so 146 pounds. I'm still growing, but I think I could FINAL stand losing to 15-25 pounds. I've gone to a couple of different diets and the high Protien and rich in fiber and low in fat that you worked best ever. My friend told me about the Special K diet also. Does it work?
